Welcome to

Sugar Bush "La Causerie"

... a cozy and friendly fully licensed restaurant nestled in a beautiful 100 acre maple forest and decorated with antiques collected in New Brunswick. We serve delicious meals, including, of course, our maple specialties.

Some of New Brunswick’s most popular snow mobile and ATV trails pass right through our property and the restaurant and bar are a popular rest stop along the trail. In the winter months, often hundreds of snow mobiles will pass through on a given day and take advantage of our weekend breakfasts, lunches or dinners.

In addition, we cater to the old tradition of 'sugar licking' with our own Maple Syrup. Starting the upcoming fall, pony rides will be offered to our young guests on weekends and by appointment.

Opening Hours during summer months:

Friday from 5 p. m.

Saturday and Sunday and all Holidays:

           From 10 a. m. for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

We’ll stay open all these days as long as patrons want to stay at the Sugar Bush.

Outdoor Maple Lounge is open until late fall, as long as weather permits.
